In addition to her projects, she used to design decorative products that tell stories. Expressing her emotions and thought style through her products is a path that Mehan passionately follows.

Starting her career with Turkiye's largest manufacturing company, Bahar Lighting, Mehan learned the details of the business in her own kitchen and gained the competence to manage every stage. Her ability to solve problems and respond to aesthetic needs allowed her to develop both technical and design skills. Mehan worked with various materials, conducted experiments, and brought designs to life. The factory was her playground of creativity.

With Bahar Lighting, Mehan contributed to hospitality sector projects such as Waldorf, Rabat, Hilton, and Marriott, collaborating with companies like Smallwood, HBA, Alec, London 1508, and Chelsom, gaining diverse experiences. In Turkey, she collaborated with renowned offices such as Autoban, Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu, and Arketipo, and later took on the brand management of Waxy Design Studio, founded by Bahar Lighting. The studio not only focuses on visual design but also offers striking contemporary and minimalist designs like the Torch, the Candle, the Arch, and the Mushroom. They provide product development support to famous architects.

The coexistence of shadow and light always reminded Mehan of her life manifesto: Balance! Starting her career by expressing this manifesto through design, Mehan created "Balance." Following this journey, driven by the desire to create her own brand and her passion for the brand, she established the "Flamp" brand. The name "Flamp" comes from "Friends Lamp," featuring table lamps and floor lamps, each reminiscent of two close friends. Flamp represents a collection where each pair of products symbolizes a concept.

Mehan embarked on this design journey with "Denge (Balance)," followed by "Bereket  (Abundance)" and "Sade (Simplicity)," and then added "Inclusion" to the mix. Today, she still manages both her own brand and leads Waxy.
